This is a good deal, but these covers are not the best quality. Mine is 2 years old and looks like it is 10 years old. It is light gray now and the bungee at the bottom broke last year, and I never even tightened it ever. Having said all that though, I'll probably buy another one of these because it does fit well, and this is a good price.

At $20, do you expect a 10 year grill cover? And for that matter, do you expect your 560 to last 10 years! I have the 800 and cover and it is wearing fine. If I could get a $20 backup cover I would without a second thought.

Yes. I expect my grill to last at least 10 years because I maintain them and don't treat them like disposable products.

Fair point to be sure. Although, I am no expert, but I'm less concerned about the structure than the electronics/mechanics. And even though I do take care of my tools, well before 10 years time I expect there will be a grill whose features combined with a Slickdeal have me replacing the 800. There's a good chance even less than 5 years with some of the nifty innovations they have come out with lately.

I rarely feel compelled to jump on board just because there's a later/greater innovation—particularly with an appliance—it's not something like a cell phone. It's a grill which I maintain, repair, or replace components as needed. MB has phenomenal customer service in my experience. 10 years is nothing.

Great price. Expect it to last about 3 years. At least in the northeast.
