This is an all time low. I paid $15.99 and felt it was a steal. Runs smooth on steam deck and multiplayer is now available there. BUY IT!!

I have played all of these except for Halo 4 back in the day in the early 2000s. The games are nostalgic.

Why aren't Halo 5 and Halo 6 also included so we could complete the collection?

I use steam deck and with new updates it works flawlessly and I've never had any issues.

Wish I hadn't just bought this on the Microsoft store the other day. It would have been much better to have it on Steam.

Edit: Thankfully I got a refund since I never downloaded it after buying it the other day. I'll grab the Steam copy instead.

Is the single player content for the campaigns only? If so how many hours of single player content does this game contain?

Edit: I went ahead and grabbed the game while it was on sale.

Lots. I think my last playthrough of the original Halo was somewhere around 10 to 15 hours (but I'm not the best FPS player of all time.)

How long to beat has the average as 43 hours for the single player component, but for me it would be much more than that.

When was the update that fixed the game? I remember this set being a pretty big pain on the Steam Deck around 8-9 months ago, perhaps a little longer. I wasn't too mad because officially it was unsupported and bought it anyway.

Yes, you do need the "XBox" gaming app to log into in order to launch this game... I made the mistake of buying this game [last year at $15] while using Windows 10 LTSC which doesn't come included w/ the XBox gaming app nor the Windows Store to enable the installation of the XBox app, and I couldn't install the XBox app standalone since it required having the latest updated build of Windows 10 installed so I was forced to resort to reinstall a compatible version of Windows 10.
