I've spoken with chat help with xfinity and their response was:

Thank you for all the efforts you made, I appreciate that. You have tried accessing all the links provided and cannot access still, please allow us to reach out to you within an hour, and I will have this escalated.

I have the same issue. The banner finally showed up in my rewards page last night, redeemed it, after a few hours I received the activation email. I click on the activation email and it just takes me to Xfinity page. No mention of Peacock anywhere. Tried this on both PC and phone. I logged into my Peacock account and I'm still not on Premium.

Sounds exactly like what I am experiencing. Oh, and guess what? Xfinity support said they'd escalate this and they'd get back to me within an hour. It's been an hour and notta......surprised?

It's going to take them a while. They have a hard enough time handling routine everyday transactions at normal traffic volume. They're getting slammed now so they are overwhelmed and probably didn't train their people well enough to deal with this.

Last night I got the banner that I no longer had access and a big blue button to subscribe. I clicked on that and it took me to a page to sign up for $2.99 for one year and all the boxes to enter my name, address, credit card info, etc.. I didn't follow through because I'm still on the fence. The only things I watch on Peacock are IndyCar and IMSA racing and Tour de France. Debating whether or not to play the sign up, pause, restart, pause game just to get those.

Can't check my data usage, can't change my billing to continue discount, can't finish Peacock activation...But, my internet works!

So activated reward & waiting for activation email.

But they quickly sent an email showing a new order for my monthly bill with peacock price at zero. That's a keeper. 🤣

Still can't log in. 😏😏😏😏😏

The activation email wasnt working for me anyways. I had to use the xfinity IOS app. Once i logged into that there was a banner to activate my peacock membership

We are aware of the activation issue, and we recommend going to our Xfinity Assistant which can be found here (https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/), here is where you can select Sign In and the activation banner should appear at the top of the chat.

For those who are still getting ready to try this, can you please read the message on the Peacock page before finally logging in to accept the offer? I got too excited and clicked too quickly without reading but now I'm wondering how long this is good for. Is this only for a year or until we leave Comcast? I'm thinking it's on that screen (it said something about getting a $4.99 value..)
