I do'nt know if there is a "game mode" on the HDMI setting.
on the Wemax Dice it has a "game mode" that drops it to 55ms
update:
accrding to this comment: game mode doesn't seem to help as much.

Just got it, pretty disappointed in the "gaming" mode. There is an option on the remote's menu button (but not in the device's settings?) to do gamemode, which reduces the input lag a bit, but it's still there and noticeable. Unfortunately, gaming on it was my biggest reason to purchase, so i'll most likely be returning. You need a power bank with a decent Watts out to be able to charge it. I have 3 power banks, none of them were able to charge the device. It won't last most full movies on a single charge. Other than all that, it's a pretty cool device and seems great for presenting or watching shows, or having a portable projector in general.
for gaming you are better off with hte Wemax Dice for the same price.
I got the dice and very happy with it. it is bigger and heavier but still "portable" the sound is very good and the input lag is 55ms while not gerat it works fine for all my retro games including fighters and shooters and run and gun. I have no issue with lag. not noticable.
of you want image qualityl. the advance 300 go seems better at that.

The usual tactics for a scam.
Check out these Projectors for Input lag for
gaming
Optoma UHD 35 & 38 : 4.2 ms
Optoma Cinemax D2 (UST Projector): 4.2ms
BenQ X3000i : 8.7ms
Just wanna let you know there are a couple things that you should know before you buy this.
I've owned this projector over an year now,
It is super portable (fits perfectly in my Nintendo switch case) and working great and I love it.
Downsides are,
It doesn't come with android TV.
And you cannot use regular tripod on this projector because there is no tripod mount hole. You need to get one directly from Wemax, since they do have specially designed tripod for this projector.
Brightness wise, I would say it is compatible to Wemax dice which we had $199 deal recently. But due to contrast ratio difference. Color definitely pops better on Wemax Dice.
but if portability is your primary concern I don't think there is no other projector (with similar specs) that can beat this one

While I think it's worth this price, I'd bite at $200 to try it. I have a Dice but most of the time I'm just too lazy to set it up and use it.
