according to this the inputlag is 133 ms

https://www.wemax.com/blogs/tutor...on%20games.

I do'nt know if there is a "game mode" on the HDMI setting.

on the Wemax Dice it has a "game mode" that drops it to 55ms

update:
accrding to this comment: game mode doesn't seem to help as much.

Just got it, pretty disappointed in the "gaming" mode. There is an option on the remote's menu button (but not in the device's settings?) to do gamemode, which reduces the input lag a bit, but it's still there and noticeable. Unfortunately, gaming on it was my biggest reason to purchase, so i'll most likely be returning. You need a power bank with a decent Watts out to be able to charge it. I have 3 power banks, none of them were able to charge the device. It won't last most full movies on a single charge. Other than all that, it's a pretty cool device and seems great for presenting or watching shows, or having a portable projector in general.

for gaming you are better off with hte Wemax Dice for the same price.
I got the dice and very happy with it. it is bigger and heavier but still "portable" the sound is very good and the input lag is 55ms while not gerat it works fine for all my retro games including fighters and shooters and run and gun. I have no issue with lag. not noticable.

of you want image qualityl. the advance 300 go seems better at that.
I can't imagine why anyone would buy a projector for gaming where input lag is that important unless they just need a huge display. Gaming at 55ms in game mode vs sub-10ms at 4K/60 in game mode for most LCD TVs in the last 5-7 years is a pretty big sacrifice considering a difference as little as 15ms is noticeable for some people.

15000 lumens.... Wtf. Who believes that? At least they list the Ansi lumens separately. Most people are going to see 15k and expect bright protections.

It uses 0.23 ti chip, which has native resolution of 480p. I will not call it 1080p.

In fairness, laser projectors can't use the same brightness rating as traditional screens

So is this not actual a laser projector or is it just laser for the light source?

Depending how you define it. It is 960 × 540 array with 4x pixel shifting. Ti datasheet claimed it is 1080p -- search dlp230np.

Fake specs, fake reviews.
The usual tactics for a scam.

You already said it uses shifting trick to achieve higher resolution. In this board, we call it faux fhd or faux 4k. Someone call it pseudo fhd or pseudo 4k, to different from native resolution.

Times have changed.

Check out these Projectors for Input lag for
gaming

Optoma UHD 35 & 38 : 4.2 ms

Optoma Cinemax D2 (UST Projector): 4.2ms

For people who are interested in this projector,
Just wanna let you know there are a couple things that you should know before you buy this.

I've owned this projector over an year now,
It is super portable (fits perfectly in my Nintendo switch case) and working great and I love it.

Downsides are,

It doesn't come with android TV.
And you cannot use regular tripod on this projector because there is no tripod mount hole. You need to get one directly from Wemax, since they do have specially designed tripod for this projector.

Brightness wise, I would say it is compatible to Wemax dice which we had $199 deal recently. But due to contrast ratio difference. Color definitely pops better on Wemax Dice.

but if portability is your primary concern I don't think there is no other projector (with similar specs) that can beat this one

What about image resolution. Does it feel like 1080?

Don't mind other people's comments. It is definitely FHD 1080p. People shouldn't make a statement coming from their assumptions here.

I think this projector would work best as a TV replacement, rather than trying to blow the picture up to over 100". You could have a 60" display at 5 feet [projectorcentral.com] that would be nice and bright and sharp.

While I think it's worth this price, I'd bite at $200 to try it. I have a Dice but most of the time I'm just too lazy to set it up and use it.
