Get your new phone up and running first. Look for any issues for a week.
Do a factory reset on your old phone. take a picture of the screen with your new phone to show no issues of front and back while on. In case Samsung employee tries to pull a fast one on you.
Turn your old phone off and wrap it up. You can dop off at any Fedex drop off location or find a Dollar General store. They will scan the package and send a receipt notice via text to your phone. Samsung will receive a couple business days later and let you know they receive. Few more days until they get a chance to review and ok the trade-in.

How would you get them? Do you need some targeted offer? I have PAYPAL but don't see how I would get the 4%. Just being a newbee I guess at this. TIA

If we choose a cracked device, shouldn't
Device turns on and boots normally
The charging port supports charging & data transfer
All software locks are disabled, accounts are removed, and device is factory reset
The camera works and lenses are undamaged
The screen and body (front and back) are free of cracks
The device is not on a banned list
be enough for it to be considered in good condition?
