I purchased this over the memorial day sale and picked up in store last week. I'm actually pretty impressed with the materials & build quality for the price. All items have adjustable feet and the firm (long lasting) cushions have some serious velcro to stay in place. One thing to note, the product page says that the set comes with decorative pillows as shown in the photos, but mine did not. However, HD customer support refunded me an $80 gift card (30%) for the missing items.

Picked mine up today and assembled the chairs. Box fits in an F150 5.5' bed.
Chairs are substantial and seem to be a good quality. They are wider than I expected, and the wood is definitely real. Bottom cushion is definitely firm, and sitting in the chair isn't the most comfortable, but it isn't too bad if you lift the rear cushion up some and scoot your butt back.
One of my chairs upper backrests is cracked though, so I'll have to deal with reaching out to Home Depot and trying to get a replacement or something. Be sure to take pictures of the stickers on the box before you cut them up, as the instructions for reporting an issue requires a code that isn't on the chairs anywhere.
Overall I would say these chairs (and presumably the table, which I have yet to assemble) are worth the $199 I paid. They look nicer than they sit though.
Missing decorative pillows as others have stated. In fact, there was actually an empty frigging box in the package which I assume was supposed to contain the pillows lol.

I finally got around to opening and assembling the patio set this weekend and am missing the decorative pillows too.
I chatted w/ Support and it looks like they updated the listing to remove the included decorative pillow, so Support wasn't able to credit me anything.
Still solid deal for $200! Bottom cushion is a bit tough but I like the acacia wood frame
Mine just became ready for store pickup. Will the box fit in the back of an suv? Was the box like crazy big? Or were there multiple boxes?
I wish I took a picture for you. I was able to fit it in the back of an E-tron SUV with the seats folded down. It's not a tall box it's more long and wide but it's designed to fit your average mid-size SUV with the seats down. You could always open the box up and take the pieces out and it would fit in your back seats dissembled.

It's still there. I just chatted with support and they agreed it should come with pillows. Now since I picked it up from store they are giving me the run around and said I need to call the store to have them credit me or give me pillows. IMO the chairs are unusable without the back pillow for support since the backrest collapses under the slightest pressure. I'll edit this post once I get an answer
It's under specs:
Set Includes
Backrest Included
Coffee Table Included
Cushions Included
No Additional Items Included Pillows Included
EDIT: What a hassle. Called the store, spoke to them, they had to call Homedepot.com TWICE and they finally got me max 20% back so ~$40 for each set.

Yes that happened to me. I chatted with them yesterday and they said there was no way they can adjust shipping cost.
I ended up adding the 11' Cantilever deal for $225 and got free shipping on both orders. Now I'm out $425 lol damn it SD
