Go to Costco and buy their Kirkland sports drink. Blue, orange, red mix only $11.99. All the time! It tastes just like gator aid.

Powerade is the only sports drink that uses high fructose corn syrup. That's why I aways avoid it. Even Gatorade uses dextrose
