Be extremely careful drinking these as far as dental goes.. these and gatorade eroded the enamel off my teeth before I realized it near the gum line. I was drinking 2-3 a day along with 4-6 bottles of water doing heavy labor in the southern heat middle of summer. Had a dental checkup (every 6 months), and they noted heavy erosion of the enamel (zero plaque build up before someone says I wasn't brushing). When trying to narrow it down, they asked if I was drinking a lot of sports drinks... turns out these are very acidic and known to damage the enamel of the teeth.

it's $9.54 + tax if you have the 15% s&s discount. that's $0.3975 per bottle, or $0.019875 per ounce. cheaper than safeway

also your math is just wrong, because $11.27 / 480 ounces = $0.023 per ounce. still cheaper than safeway

Currently cheaper (and better flavor selection) at Safeway. If you buy 5 32oz you get them for .89c each..works out to be 2.8c p/oz vs 3.9c per oz when you s&s on this deal...

edit... looks like shrink-flation has hit poweraid too... the .89c bottles are actually only 28oz now and not 32.. still better deal at Safeway at 3.1c per oz

The price of red went up, blue still works.

ETA: Nevermind, it went back down.

Also the amount of High Froctuse Corn Syrup and sodium in these drinks as well.

Fructose I'm not worried about nor the sodium as the rest of my diet is fine... I was in complete shock with the enamel, though... not something you could see unless lifting the upper lip and inspecting the gum line closely. Which I'm sure some people do, but to be honest, most don't unless something is stuck between your teeth or a sore... but I certainly don't pull a Mr Ed in the mirror on a regular basis.
