This is my first deal post so I apologize for any break in format/rules. In short, the venerable Monolith M1570 can be had for ~$120 on Monoprice right now with something they are calling "Angel Savings." I bought the M1570 when it was on a "deal" 50 days ago (5 days after the return/price match policy) for ~$375. I kept it at that price because it punches way above its weight class and I honestly would not be mad at the original $600 asking price.
It's fairly well known at this point that Monoprice makes "homages" (read: blatant copies) to Audeze's much lauded cans. Sure, you're not going to get Audeze build quality at basement prices, and this is an open box unit, but if you like music at all, you really owe yourself a set of these. These could easily be "endgame" for a lot of people and the $130 price tag ($107 on sale but add shipping and taxes if applicable) is just an insane deal.

Though full disclosure my collection of amps are the Schiit Modius, Magnius, Asgard 3 and currently my favorite, the Monolith liquid platinum.
I don't EQ with software (though it shouldnt make a difference) I have a Lokius in between the DAC and amp.

Going to return the sundaras that i got for $239 open box
What peq profile do you recommend? Im not an audiophile so i just went with a profile that got a 9.1 eq score. I think most tried to match the harman 2018 curve
