For the curious, active ingredient is 5.25% sodium hypochlorite (aka bleach, without getting all technical).

I used to use this and always had great results. Nowadays I mix-up my own solution (around 4% bleach usually works for me) since I've moved to a bigger -- and dirtier -- house and just have more organic growth so had to look for more cost-effective long-term solution.

But I'd have no problem using this for something quick and easy, at the right price.

CCC shows it at this price for about a month now. My local HD has it at $16.

Do keep in mind that bleach breaks down over time so this isn't the sort of thing you wanna buy a bunch of and then store for over a year. Ask me how I know
Back when I had a house with siding I bought some of this to get rid of the mold and it did a great job.

After looking at the MSDS for this and finding that it is simply bleach water, I decided to just keep the empty bottle, add a little bleach, fill the rest with water and attached to my hose and used the same. Worked great and much cheaper to just buy off-brand bleach for it.

This stuff is strong and works really well for getting stuff off your house. They have an inside the house version that works really well too.

Make sure to wear disposable or white clothing when using this product unless you like the bleached shirt look.

I bet it works fine on siding also and it's cheaper than the "house wash".

If you have a garden or flowers anywhere near your deck say bye bye to them. This stuff kills greenery as well as mold
