There is no app per se but you can likely open the Microsoft Movies and TV [microsoft.com] on your PC and streamcast it via Bluetooth/WiFi.

Or if you have an Xbox Console/Smart TV, you can try downloading the Microsoft Movie and TV app (if available) and connect to your Microsoft account and play it on your TV that way.

It's so annoying when Microsoft has good deals like this. It's not going to make me purchase a Microsoft product to watch it on if I don't already have one (which I dont). They should just make an app people could use without Microsoft already, hell, even Apple has embraced other companies. Microsoft acting like they are too cool and exclusive to allow their customers to use a Microsoft app on other devices is annoying as hell.
