sure, but they could let you gift the game at time of purchase only, which means nobody can 'stock up' for future resale.

This is a nice deal. I absolutely hate that Nintendo doesn't allow gifting of digital games via their eshop. What are they thinking? I'd have bought 3 of these today.

Most likely to keep resellers from buying during sales and flipping the codes on eBay later after the sale, which would cut into their profits.

I got the physical cartridge, but it's like 2gb per game on the card, the rest of the game is downloaded. The most annoying thing is there's 3 separate icons that appear on the switch home screen when you insert the cartridge.

I bought the digital version just so I can have bioshock 1 by itself on my home screen lol

I also like just having bioshock 1 ready to go whenever I feel like diving into it again

How well do these run? I own them on steam but really only played thru infinite so tempted to grab it just to actually play through 1 & 2

(Edit: I realize that these are real old games but still figured it is worth asking to see if anyone has any experience with how well they run or if there are issues - generally switch ports have been hit or miss I think tho mostly hits for me. Just wanted to clarify)

haven't played myself, but this morning I read a review that said the best versions are found within the switch ports. apparently they have 'enhanced' graphics. $10 to find out, I suppose Smilie

I have these on Xbox 360 and never got to 2 & 3. Will this be an upgrade on Switch? I heard controls not so much, but visuals, yes.

Got this a year or so ago, great replay for sure however I found Infinite to be a little choppy with the graphics... 1 and 2 were flawless.

I can't speak for how these run on Switch but I've beat all 3 of these on the Playstation. I'd say this is a great deal on pretty darn good games that pack quite a bit of content.
