I think they've always called themselves Nomatic, but their original wallet [kickstarter.com] was called the BASICS Wallet.

Nice wallet, got a couple when they were $4 via nomatic.com
Con: will damage the corners of your CCs since they're not protected.

You give it to the street beggers or just throw it away to make up how much money you've saved on SD.

I've had mine for several years now and it's still holding up. The only issue I have is that the small bill pouch has started to stretch out so I'll pick up another as a backup.

Most places take credit. Rarely find the need to use cash, even rarer is need to use change. Often a change jar for tips at the counter. Keep some quarters in the car to pump up my tires. Cash maybe for tips. Even then keep only a few bills, folded up.

Been using a wide rubber band as my wallet the last few years. Have to replace maybe every 6 months. Total cost: $0.10

Ordering, got my last one 7 years ago for $20. 18 cards in mine now, so elastic is a little worn.
Credit cards and License hold up fine. Cheaply printed membership cards and merchandise cards (Which prob shouldn't live in it) do get rubbed if left too long.

Old one will hold surplus cards in a storage location in my office.

One thing that helped with "fragile" cards prone to wear was credit card protector sleeves - cheap stuff made from the same material as house wrap I think.

Don't listen to this... I currently have 9 cards and some cash in mine, with room for more.
I have more than 9 for sure. I used one of these for about 5 years, and just ordered another one about a month ago after the elastic was finally shot. Just ordered 2 more, should be good to go for quite awhile.

I've had their previous version of this wallet for over 8 years now. It is very sturdy! One wash and it looks like new, very minimal tear. I could carry my tile and about 6 cards plus drivers license and it is still surprisingly slim. I would recommend it.

Rubber bands catch on stuff and draw unwanted attention. For ten bucks, this is an decent alternative that doesn't force you to answer the inevitable questions about why you're using a rubber band.

I always buy RFID blocker Wallet. Must have for me.. Hard pass!! Don't encourage anyone to buy these stupid stuff just because they are cheap. Especially if you live in big cities.

I like to put my wallet in the back pocket but these minimalist wallets don't have any cushion unlike traditional wallets so they are more uncomfortable
That "cushion" is going to give you sciatica. Don't have anything in your back pockets when you sit down.

Got one to use as a daily as the slim profile and ease of card access is nice. I'll still use my bi-fold when traveling for cash and coins but this is solid for $10 bucks.

I noticed the sale price browsing Amazon yesterday and got one. I've been using one for several years now and I think the elastic is a bit loose. For $10 who says no.
