This stuff is great. Last weekend I used it to clean my siding instead of power washing and everything came off within minutes. I highly recommend rinsing the heck out of whatever surface you spray this on because it has that strong bleach smell but otherwise it works well.

Unless they have changed the sprayer in the last few years, it is worth the price by itself. As others have said, it is just bleach and detergent. The bleach is what kills the mold. The detergent cleans off some dirt and helps the bleach stick to the surface. I refill with bleach and a little bit of liquid laundry detergent. Not too much detergent or you will struggle to get all the suds off. However, around me right now the one gallon refills are the same price, so that is a great deal too.

I just mix a quart of bleach in a 2 gallon sprayer. That does the job but it has to be 8.5%-10% bleach concentrate.
