My rule is $2 per person per meal to save money. So you can eat 3-4 each meal and still be within budget.

Having that said it's fat, carbs, proteins. 1 bar is enough for the day.

The best if eaten by date has past on them. I got some this past February that expired last October. They weren't bad, but they definitely didn't taste close to fresh...
