i got one just to try out the gimmick for bass. i've been craving more bass, even got the blon b20/sendy aivas as my first planars and those are def the bassiest open backs i've ever tried. maybe the haptics will make the bass in music have a different feel.

i don't think it'll stand a chance at dethroning my hd599's as a daily driver; i used to go 12+ hour sessions on these and my dt990 pros, they're just so comfortable. i do switch out headphones a lot and when i'm doing listening sessions will switch out to a 600 or anything else i wanna play with

I bought one for $20 open box a couple months ago. It's not audiophile grade but for $20 it's a whole lot of fun for certain music genres i listen to. The bass is quite elevated (no surprise there!) But with some eq adjustments, it helps.

I picked up this deal and they're interesting headphones. The haptic effect is pretty cool and works well with heavy bass songs or gaming. There are presets for equalizer sound settings in Corsair's Icue software, but a fee to unlock the equalizer fully. I believe it's a one time fee for the license. I already have the HS65 headset, but glad I added the HS60 Haptic headset for another choice while gaming. A good deal at $39 for this quality and the haptic effects.

Don't be fooled at Amazon list prices. Normal price seems to be $75, with recent price of $65. Still not a bad deal.

I bought the artic camo version of these back in January of this year for $57. Didn't use them for a while but when I did oh boi. Before these I was using the ATH-M50s'. The sound quality for music does dip a bit(the drop to me is very obvious but I don't mind)but makes up with the bass shaking. Mentioned before it's good for action movies, bass heavy music, and video games. I will put it like this, if these are your very first pair of headphones that bass is your number one priority then you will love them. There may be better ones at a higher price bracket but for $40 bucks that is good price to pay to try a pair of haptic feedback headphones. I jut bought a back up pair.

Two things to mention. On my artic camo pair once I finally got around to using them, I say in 3-4 weeks they did develope a short with the cable that attaches to the headphones. It was a bit tedious getting it sent back to Corsair but getting it back was quick. If I remember I think these have a 2 year warranty but refurbished they return to you is just 90 days. Lastly sometimes there is a delay with the sound to start playing from the source if the headphones haven't been used in a while but they're still plugged in. It's like they went to sleep. It usually kicks back on in about 15 seconds or less. It rarely happens though, probably once or twice in the past 3 weeks.

At this price, i think it's worth it if you enjoy bass heavy audio. I compared these to the razer kraken haptic headsets and found the corsairs to be much more fun with the haptics. The overall audio quality was slightly better on the kraken but i enjoy these corsairs way more.

I just got a set of Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro and Hifiman Sundara (planar). They are both amazing but the edge goes to the Sundaras. Best headphones available for the price now $239 open box w free shipping & no sales tax direct from the manufacturer. A+++

received these last week and tried them out, id say def worth it for gaming headphones. they're still HEAVILY tuned for "gaming" (bass super emphasized, gets muddy if you're listening to bass heavy music. but honestly i can't complain for $40. theres obv a lot better options out there if you're looking for sound quality (if that's your main goal i'd probably go for IEMs at this price point) but if you're just gaming the sound quality is fine, the haptic gimmick i have to say is pretty fun, even with music

Same, wanted to give these a try at 40, but that price isn't showing up for me.
