I have an AD400Pro and 4x AD200Pro's, as well as a couple of on-camera flashes that also work as triggers. Great lights that I use for weddings.

If it isn't clear, Flashpoint flashes are re-branded Godox flashes/triggers for the US market. Flashpoint-brand flashes are identical to their Godox counterparts. Godox triggers work for Flashpoint flashes and vice versa. I usually suggest getting Flashpoint instead of Godox in the US market to have a warranty.

The AD600Pro in this deal is non-TTL, meaning that you can't use automatic metering settings for the flash. It won't matter for someone like me who shoots manual flash settings, but it can make it harder for unfamiliar people to use. Adorama does have a TTL version of the AD600Pro, but it is much more expensive.

The AD100's are very compact flashes. The AD200's are more versatile for me and my use case, but the AD100's are a good contender. I got my AD200's before the AD100 was released.

Yep, you got it. No batteries happening for it, but it's a video light.
Meaning it's a wall plug?

Correct, but it's a 19ft cord at least

Can the Flashpoint XPLOR 100 Pro connect to a Bowen Softbox? Do I need to buy an extra adapter?

Those lights are pretty small compared to a Bowens mount. When the fixture is bigger than the light, you usually mount the light to the fixture, not the fixture to the light.
Something like this should work: https://www.adorama.com/glbdsm02pro.html

The GVM app is terrible on iOS! It takes forever to connect to the lights and trying to control two lights separately doesn't work. If you want the same settings on two lights it ok. I switched to the Colbor lights and it's so much better!

I still see lots of Profoto in NYC corporate work, but I'm no longer hesitant to pull out the Flashpoint stuff in front of big clients. Seeing Chimera and Profoto on the softbox helps.
I need to figure out how to put a Bowens mount light into my 7' Profoto umbrella.
Wow, I find that really interesting. Not in a bad way. I work with a company that does a ton of DC work and never had issues in front of folks using Flashpoint gear. Heck, one of the best photographers out there uses Samyang lenses, even. It's interesting for names to be such a big deal to clients, but probably just a side of the corporate realm I haven't seen.
