2854-21HO kit with 3.0 HO battery, charger and bag is on clearance at HD now, price just dropped in my area (Tucson). Got it for $125.
Here is Brickseek link, but it doesn't show the price just clearance so YMMV on price you have to go check the stores that show stock. It's been $175 for months and it just dropped.
