The Buck 110 has been serving outdoors folks, labors and knife users for decades. If you like this classic, lightweight design you can't go wrong at this price. Many would consider the 420HC steel in the blade budget steel, but Buck has a proprietary heat treat that really makes the steel perform well. Buck simply does 420HC better than any other manufacturer. And if you fall in love with the design, there are a ton of handle and steel upgrades for the standard 110 you can order straight from Buck.
