i have purchased several of these 'geek squad refurbished' samaung 2tb 870 sata over the last year and they all have had the bare minimal usage.

These are just returns with very little to no use and still under warranty. Worth it for the right price, IMO.

same here, very few hours and probably a return. use samsung data migration and backup your c drive, free and works with just one samsung ssd drive. very simple to use.

Google "Samsung EVO 870 failures" before gambling your data on it. My 2 TB just died. It was only one and a half years old and was used for typical home PC stuff.

I hear you, but I believe BestBuy's are just open-box items. I don't think Geek Squad does "open-heart surgery" on these things. They just clean them up and scan for failures.
