I was walking around my local store and this was on clearance. App shows out of stock but it's sitting here on the shelf. This is a definite YMMV.

I dropped by a Lowes today and none in stock. Asked someone to look it up and two other stores had one each. Called the first to confirm one was there and priced at $424.99. He offered to hold it and I picked it up a few hours later. Thanks OP!
