You can't. Neither brickseek nor app list clearance prices anymore. The best indicator you can get is that when an item is being clearanced, it will show as OOS on Brickseek on the app. The problem is that it could just be OOS, but at least you know not to check a store if it shows full price and in stock.

If you call ahead, then it could be even less likely to be there lol. I once got threatened by a lowes employee for taking the last two kobalt hammer drill/impact kits that were clearanced for $10. Needless to say, he got fired, but I'm sure there are plenty of other employees like him.

I found one of these for $20. Fantastic light, wish they had more. This thing can light up an entire room very well, if pointed up.
