AMC Theatres on Demand teamed up w/ VUDU, so if you have any movies from there you can move them to VUDU for free now. https://www.amctheatres.com/on-demand Some how when I made the move it counted as a purchase for my Sony Rewards (got a free movie) YMMV
Update: Seems I got the +45 points each from Bad Boys 1 & 2 that I got for free back in 2017.

You will now have 5 years from the end of the month in which your Sony Rewards points were earned to redeem them, as long as you remain an active Sony Rewards member within any 18-month period. To be deemed "active" you must earn or redeem points through the Sony Rewards program. If you do not remain active – throughout any 18-month period, all of your Sony Rewards points will expire at the end of that 18-month period.
