There are occasionally issues with unlocking.
Message 611611 with UNLOCK and you get automated response when device will be unlocked. Device needs to be activated first for 60-day counter.

Return and Postpaid service termination
You may terminate service for any reason within 30 days of activation. You will remain responsible for your Activation Fee unless you terminate service within three days of activation.
You will also be responsible for all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges or other charges that accrued to your account through the termination date. If you paid a security deposit, it may take between 30 and 60 days to process the return of your security deposit. The charges for any service used on the account before the service termination date may be applied against your security deposit.
If you cancel your service after the 30-day period, but prior to the expiration of your minimum term, you will be responsible for all of the above mentioned charges, including an Early Termination Fee.
This service termination policy does not apply to customers who have purchased a Prepaid Plan.
But you still need to do a credit pull.
iPhone 13 mini was a better deal if you didn't mind submitting ssn and the credit pull. Also not sure if $65 first month fee and $35 activation fee would add $100 to price or you could manage to get a refund and still be able to unlock.
Contacted customer care ans talked to multiple folks, no luck.. Someone said there is some issue with my order but Literally, none can answer when it will be shipped..

I had my last Motorola phones through them. Worked out perfectly.

Walmart iphones should all come with the appropriate sim card. WFM uses the Verizon network.
WFM unlock policy:
"For Customers with Apple devices: Walmart Family Mobile will automatically unlock the device when it becomes eligible for unlocking. For all Apple devices activated with Walmart Family Mobile prior to November 23, 2021, the device will be automatically unlocked after twelve (12) months of active Walmart Family Mobile Service. For Apple devices activated with new Walmart Family Mobile Service on the Walmart Family Mobile network on or after November 23, 2021, the device will be automatically unlocked sixty (60) days after activation in the absence of an indication of fraud."
There is however a possible way to bypass this by inserting a preferably unactivated prepaid at&t sim and then requesting same day unlock from at&t. Hopefully people will chime in if this works. Will save you $25 right there, making this a better deal than direct from Total Verizon.
