All of the open box units I bought are still going strong, and were in like new condition (though, I don't know if all sellers source from same place, and can't remember which sellers I bought from). I could not tell that any had been used at all.
I will add, the first open box PowerXL I ever bought (not sure what seller) was super banged up. The door to the basket was even broken. I asked the seller for a heavy concession (so I could try the unit, and doubting it would last long I figured I wouldnt be out that much money). Turns out, its at least 5 years later and its my main unit, and was also the cheapest
Fwiw, I happen to like the basket versions much more than the door ones.
Is this refurb site a good buy? I've never ordered from them before, but for the size units at this price is seemingly a great deal.
Is not 35... is 99... is it a good deal still?
