The prime evil pack is worth it. It's d2 and 3 together will all dlc. D1 is outdated so don't worry about that unless you really want to suffer like it's 1982..

But the question is, will this go any lower especially since Diablo 4 is out? This is consistently the same price of its many past deals.

Thanks, Wanted D2 and have part of the Prime Evil Already. but the small discount for the D3 Rise of the Necromancer pack I'm missing will be nice for a later date! You don't need to pay full price if you have parts of the Prime Evil Pack!

The best chance (any time soon) would be once the first season comes out and all the non-seasoned arpg players quit. That'll lead to a decrease in concurrent players and Blizz might want to pump those numbers back up.

If you want to pay $50 or less, you will probably be waiting until Black Friday 2024 or longer.

Activision-Blizzard is not really Ubisoft with their new games discounts. So will it be discounted? For sure. I'd expect something like $10 off for Black Friday '23, making the game $60 on PC.
