I got a pair of these for my girlfriend and they're decent enough shoes. But one thing you should know of is the tongue is sewed in to the shoe so that it will not flux at all. Meaning you're not going to be able to lift that tongue up at all. And also if you go on to the site where they cut the running shoes in half and analyze them, they criticize this as one of the thinnest tongues out there like 1 mm. These shoes are not going to last very long. I would take a pass on them personally... Plus they're only left in the white with the very fluorescent color. There's better shoes out there for 60 bucks. Just check the Adidas site.. get her the Adizero SL or the aruka for 3280 right now they've got every woman size imaginable in men's size, just subtract one from your girlfriend's size

I wear smaller size shoes and bought a pair Men's ultraboost 5x but felt cramped so got the deal awhile back on a women's pair (avoided the very colorful ones). Just buy the bigger size if you are getting this deal for women's. This model is very comfortable for running and walking. The price being under $65 makes this an amazing deal. I've bought some sub $30 Adidas before and they were terrible unless you change out the insole, sometimes even then it's not so great because they are so narrow. The ultraboosts are roomier for those of us with wider feet.
