Whereas these things do a great job cleaning the air, they frequently have WiFi connectivity issues and the app no longer allows authentication. Absolute trash.

I don't know too much about these but I do need one. Stupid question: the square footage mentioned is assuming it's an open space or is this effective if the area is sectioned off into rooms?

Don't think, just buy. I have one and just ordered another one as this is $40 cheaper than it's been for a while. Works amazing and the wifi feature works great

I love this thing. The app did have a new authentication process. I do use it, it works great, the connectivity was annoying, had to shut down the non 2.4ghz wifi while setting it up.
