Thanks for posting. Remember to put price, item condition (factory recon), and store in title.

I recall reading comments about reconditioned items arriving in bad condition, can anyone comment? I'd get the blemished but it's OOS for shipping.

I've only bought one recommended tool from them. It works fine, but it was kind of dirty and packed poorly.

I bought a few reconditioned ones from them in the past several years including the air nailer / impact drill, saw and I'm still using them in the present.

Just bought 4 more items this morning.

Just make sure you test it when you get it. I've had a few bad reconditioned from them, but if you don't mind contacting ryobi support, they usually send a new replacement.

Must be recent then, because I've purchased over 10 reconditioned tools from them and they all seemed brand new.. maybe open box, scratch/dent, overstocked

I purchased this exact reconditioned one 2 months ago, it's like new condition without retail box. so result YMMV. They did marked it "reconditioned" in the body, so you can't swap it at HD. but the Nailer was never reconditioned, it would stop after 1-2 nails. I need to add more silicone spray to make it works. I contacted them, they don't even offer any replacement. just ask me to contact Roybi.

Good find OP, this is a great tool for hobbyists and a good deal.

I got this a couple years back for a similar price (before DTO starting increasing their insane shipping prices) and I remember Slickdeals was going crazy at that price.

I've only used it lightly but its a really fun, helpful tool to have.

Got one of these from DTO a few years back. I have used it to drive a bajillion or so brads and it is still going strong. Great product at a great price!

I bought this about a year ago. Short version: heavy and tends to misfire. Longer version: I mostly use it when I only have a few brads to shoot. First of all, it is heavy. It is much easier to use an air gun for extended use even though you'll need to deal with the air hose and compressor. I have the Ryobi 2-gallon cordless compressor to drive brad nailers and love it. Second, it has a tendency to not fire. It will make noise but nothing comes out. This seems to be a common complaint. Oiling the head and piston seems to work for most people, but the number of times it has let me down is frustrating. Third, Due to the size, it is hard to get into tight areas. It is a good addition to my arsenal, but not a replacement for air nailers.
