I've heard a lot of trash talk about the game from people who haven't played it, spoke to a few people that actually have and they liked it well enough. I have not played it and can't comment, but I'm going to sit it out and see if it showed up on Plus at some point as a freebie.

Trust me we played the free demo. Even if it ran at 8k 120fps I wouldn't play it.

People are sheeps. I got it on a recent BOGO Gamestop sale and I thought it was pretty fun. Reminds me of the Infamous series. I don't get how games like Spiderman get critically acclaimed but this gets shit on. it's literally the same gameplay loop. Been the same formula since GTA3. If you like the open world type games, you will like this especially at this price

I beat this a couple weeks ago, also got it from BOGO from gamestop. It was ok, not great but not terrible. It can take about 12-14 hours to beat if you do the minimum and probably double that if you want to complete everything. Fighting with magic sounded like a fun idea and it is somewhat fun. The missions are repetitive with similar enemies over and over. The boss battles are easy and pretty uninspired. I started the game thinking it'd try for 100% completion but after about 50% of the way I just did the main missions to finish the game because I got bored with it. You do get more magic spells later but didn't really make me want to keep playing the game

Personally liked this game quite a bit. Can't go wrong at this price.

I got this on buy one get one free at GameStop as well and its pretty good. The graphics are terrible, but besides that everything else is solid, especially the gameplay.
