You're right, it's not the same. A lot of TVs have PWM flicker. It's a cheap way that manufacturers use to control the brightness of the screen by adding some breaks without light which can cause headaches and tired eyes. There's a reason why you see "flicker free" noted in monitor specs. Also, I haven't tried looking but I don't think there are very many $200 white TVs out there is you want that color for aesthetic reasons.

I have two side by side....the remotes are universal, and you can get them synchronized to turn off and on with a PC or Mac. However, switching hdmi inputs is hit or miss via the remote even from 2 feet away. I've had numerous instances when I wanted to control the left monitor and the right one got the signal. I keep both remotes under each monitor, respectively, as they came in the box. It really doesn't matter which one I use though. In summary, it's annoying.

looks like these won't be shipping anytime soon, may be they are waiting for customers to cancel their orders, I placed order on June 15th no update yet, moved delivery date from June 19th to July 7th and not yet shipped that tells its not coming on 7th aswell, will have to wait for new delivery date may be august

Look like I've had my M80B 32" order upgraded/swapped to the newer M80C 32". The newer one comes with VESA, so that's nice!

Hoping the 32" M80C drops in price soon. Even though the 32" M80B is still OOS. The price has dropped to $239.99.

That's what I was wondering.. it's a newer one with VESA and ergo stand, both of which I have no interest in. The B has 2 USB C ports while C has only one.

Anyone observing lag and shadows while using it as a monitor? I got M80C but I'm very disappointed by the lag and shadows that I'm observing.. it's so bad that I can clearly notice the difference between my 2 monitors which have similar specs..
