I keep track of them. I don't know of a way to add them to my account unless I book then cancel, then it's flight credit. If there is such a feature to add them on the SW website, I'm not aware of it.

Ordered mine with Discover and they cancelled it without an email or an error. Check your account to ensure it shows up as it didnt show up under My Orders even though I got an order confirmation

Got a price adjustment, calling is faster than submitting a request online. Don't do a callback, it wouldn't take numpad input and got stuck.
