Thanks OP. Worked for me. It didn't work for me at first. So I first went to callofduty.com then logged into my profile. Then I opened another browser tab and went to callofduty.com/redeem and that's how I got it to work correctly.

Thanks OP. Worked for me. It didn't work for me at first. So I first went to callofduty.com then logged into my profile. Then I opened another browser tab and went to callofduty.com/redeem and that's how I got it to work correctly.

I had the same problem. I think it's a copy/paste issue.
I tried a couple times. The third time I deleted and re-typed the 3 at the end and it worked. I'm on Chrome mobile browser.
