I usually throw a piece of electrical tape in the jaws when I'm doing anything like that tho, $8 is a little overkill, gladly would pay $2 for a single set.

I 3D printed some jaws in TPU (a tough/flexible rubber-like filament) for a few of my Cobra / Pliers Wrench pairs. Nice to have.
