I have this exact unit and have 2 main complaints. First, the pull up position is fairly wide, so if you want to do shoulder width or narrower, this won't work. Second, I have a wider build, broad shoulders and the dip bars are fairly narrow, so the position just feels slightly off from other versions at the gym.

Otherwise, this is a solid unit, well built and the price here is good. Want to say I paid $150ish?

From the video on the Lowe's page it shows two options for grabbing on the push ups, one closer to the back that's more shoulder width and one towards the front of the rack that's wider. Is the first one an option? I'm considering to buy this so your input is greatly appreciated!

Can you swap the dip handle bars to opposite sides?

Great question! I watched the video to make sure I understood and I get it. So, yes there is a shoulder width position, but your grip is perpendicular to the top bar. I prefer the grip where you knuckles are aligned front to back and not side to side, like on the wider grip. So, if you are ok with the grip being different, you should be ok!

For those who aren't doing a ton of pull ups, getting a design that would better allow for a resistance band to be installed would be better for doing assisted pullups (i.e. a bar that goes straight across instead of the hand grips being separate on the side)
