Strange... I made 3 separate orders with the $5 off applied each time. The 4th order got cancelled.

Usual fraud prevention measures at Target. Some can order more in a row than others. I was at 3 in the past too. Just wait a day and you can order 3 more.

Changed the location out of NYC and the discount now appears in the cart.

When I first started buying these in bulk that used to happen to me. Now that my buying pattern for several years has included multiple card purchases in a row, I don't have that happen anymore. Today I was able to make 8 separate transactions without being declined. As the other person mentioned, just wait and make more purchases on another day.

Walmart Family Mobile is a Verizon prepaid brand, but is it not sold at Target because it's a Walmart co-brand? Can you load Walmart Family Mobile with any of the other Verizon prepaid brand cards?
