Couple of months earlier, my wife ordered this sofa and loveseat for 2.8K. The delivery team found our deck stairs not safe and they took those back and eventually that order got cancelled. Now that we got our deck stairs fixed, we were again looking. To our surprise, we found there was an additional discount of $300 each so the new price is now $2.2K. We ordered the same set again, this time for $600 less. Totally worth the wait.

Just purchased this a few days ago. They look exactly like the picture. The leather is very soft and the reclining mechanism is smooth and practical.
The only tiny complaint is that the arm rest is low, especially for bigger people.
Other than that, there are very very few similar top grain recliners out there at this price range. Add the free shipping and installation from Costco, there is probably nothing similar.

I have both Sofa and loveseat. I got them 4 months ago for $1850 + 1500. The quality of the products is good and best to our liking. At this price point, I would recommend buying if you are in need of one.

We had these. 2 of them. Not for tall folks for sure. Low backs and low arm rests. We had to slide down when reclined in order to fit somewhat comfortably. Our feet would hang way off in order to get our heads reasonably on the head rest. That made them really uncomfortable when reclined. When sitting up there's no way we could comfortably use the arm rests as they were too low. If you like to lay down on your sofa I'd avoid these as well. The sections between seating areas are a bit raised. The push into your sides or back. The arm rests did make perfect height pillows if you did try and lay down. Not necessarily a negative, but they are also very, very firm. You definitely sit on top, no sinking in at all.

Seemed like high quality leather and the power reclining worked well and was quiet. They also were quite sturdy and appeared to be well made.

Costco delivery guys were awesome. So were the Costco pick guys as we returned them.

Can someone tell me how does Costco warranty work? When I chatted with customer service they said Costco would take back the couch if it is in good condition when I asked them for warranty. Does that mean I have to be a Costco member for that duration?
