I have owned my chirp wheels for a few years and use them way more often than I use my foam roller, they seem to target the areas under my shoulder blades that get knots from being on the computer all day. I almost exclusively use the small size though and recently had it (the small one) crack. Sent pictures of the break to chirp and they sent me a new one without issue.

I have the XL version, bought off Amazon using HSA money. It's nice enough, but it definitely isn't a miracle worker ... in fact, I get very little relief from using it, if any ... and the amount of cracking is nothing like the advertisement would have you believe. It's just a glorified yoga wheel. Just be realistic with your expectations.

Also, personally, I think rumble rollers are the better investment. Though they aren't fun to use haha.

I found the large and medium wheel at my local Goodwill. 2.99 and 3.99...Not sure I would splurge, even at this sale price. Shark tank made them millions! It probably only costs a few dollars to produce 1.

This thing works much better than a regular foam roller for the back. Though I only use the smallest one. Wish you could just buy the smallest one.

Agree this is one of those overrated items you just buy in to hype and adds that show cracking like popcorn. In reality, its rarely a crack or 2.

I bought these used on FB. I use the middle and small size. I really like the cutout in the middle that takes pressure off the middle of your spine. Regular rollers for me caused a lot of pain and discomfort.

These really helped a lot with shoulder and neck issues from sitting behind a desk for too long. I use them nearly every day.

I've had this set for years. You won't get as many cracks with the large and medium ones, but that small one works wonders. The small one is considered to be the most intense one and it works well.
