Honestly, I had the V6 and upgraded to this one about a month ago and am blown away by the difference. There are 3 options for suction strength - economy, auto or boost and the boost has such a powerful suction on carpet. I also love the head with the green light for wood floor showing every single speck of dust or crumb. It is shocking what you can see with the green light.

bought one a few months ago after the Miele finally started to go. this is a great vacuum. thought the green light might be a gimmick, its incredible how quickly dust builds up. worth it alone if you have wood floors, goodbye sweeping. attachments are very useful. A+

Are some of you just incredible weak? Honestly never have an issue with the trigger, just the weight of the dyson resting in my hand holds the trigger down.

Good deal. I bought one from the Costco sale for $560. We love it. I can't believe I spent that much for a vacuum. We also have a shark with a cord and a canister vac. We really don't need the others. This replaces literally everything. Maybe keep the shop vac for dirty stuff.
