I returned mine after 2 days. First, you need large ear canals. Like, double the size of air pods. Second, there was no bass and a very audible hiss with my phone and my PC. Third, you need to have the Alexa app installed with location turned on for them to work properly. If you're deep in the Amazon/Alexa ecosystem, maybe you'll like them? But, I have no name sub $20 ear buds I got from temu and AliExpress that sound 100 times better and are more comfortable. Just as an extra, I have bought and returned all 3 versions of the echo buds for one reason or another.

Strange. Mine sound great. I had no issues at all with mine and they connect easily to my phone. Sound quality is adequate, not the best, but was much better to me than other headphones at similar prices. The 3 band eq is helpful too. Also the fit might make a difference in the sound quality.

I bought them when they were first available for preorder and paid $39.99 for them. Sound wise is not bad for a $40 pair of earphones. Calls and general usage are quite decent. I would bump up the bass in the app for music.

I connected it to my phone and tablet at the same time and it works perfectly. It switches from work meetings on my phone and jumps to YouTube consumption on the tablet is pretty seamless. For me it is pretty comfortable, at times I didn't even realize I had them on my ear.

The only thing I disliked was that it takes about 30sec or so to connect when I pick up the buds and put it in my ear. So, don't start cranking up the volume right away. I hope this is something a firmware update would be able to fix it.

I am considering a second pair to use with my laptop and zoom meetings for this price.

Likely, but more likely when you turn Alexa on. Since it does say they have more battery life when you disable speak-to-wake, that's what I would turn on anyhow.

Also disagree with the other review. Been using mine and happy with them for 39.99. I use small tips in my galaxy buds 2 pro so I assume I have smaller ear canals? And these fit fine. Multipoint works great with windows laptop. You need the Alexa app during setup and to change the equalizer. After that you dont need it anymore.

Battery life is also fine however I don't wear ear buds for more than 2-3 hours max at a time.

I got these as part of the preorder deal. They sound pretty decent, and better than the prior generation. However, the fit is problematic. They fall out of my ears very quickly with any reasonable movement. Not a fan of that.
