Lg compressor issues are fixed. Stop spreading misinformation. Additionally its 10 year warranty on compressor and 5 year parts and labor on sealed system, 2 year costco warranty on everything as well. Buy their 5 year all state warranty and use a Sapphire card for 1 year extended warranty if so concerned.

Both ice makers replaced and I am on my 2nd compressor in 2 years. Stay away from this one even if it drops to $500. Total POS.

LG compressor issues are not fixed. I have 2019 LG fridge with nothing but problems. Thankfully I bought extended warranty. Would never buy LG fridge again.

Killer deal. So tempted to buy and relegate my other LG fridge to the garage. Stupid LG appliances (washer, dryer, TVs, kitchen appliances, etc) are so dang reliable that they just never die so I never get to replace any of them. Thanks for posting, OP

The thing about warranties is that they don't refrigerate your food when your compressor fails. I imagine that most of us would prefer to avoid the inconvenience

don't know about other states but do not buy anything made by lg if you live in oregon and Washington, good luck with the warranty. Don't have to take my words; just google it to see it yourself!

Tempted but the last time i had a fridge installed from home depot the delivery people messed up my hardwood and walls getting it up the stairs. Scared the same thing would happen if i ordered this

We have this fridge. The compressor went out once and LG fixed it. The bigger issue is the ice maker which breaks constantly due to a design flaw. Google it and you'll see pending and active lawsuits. Great price if it works...

Nice looking fridge but I have sworn off all LG electronics after nothing but bad experiences.

Our entire kitchen was brand new LG when we first moved in to our house. EVERYTHING failed in under 5 years. No way would I buy this brand again!

We had an LG linear compressor fail and although the part was under warranty the labor $700 and the tech said it would likely fail again anyways. Not touching LG appliances anymore.

I have this fridge. HATE how thin the door metal is; tons of dents. Never had this problem with previous fridges. You absolutely get what you pay for.

Yep, I've had nothing but problems with LG. Mostly with dishwashers, but their fridge died quickly as well.

Their customer service is horrendous too.

I would maybe consider this if it was less than $1,000 but no way would I touch another LG for anything but a spectacular deal.
