It is a decent set, I have to Facom and got the Icon to compare and they are pretty close. Didn't torture test them but I kept the Facom because I prefer having sockets in the set.
Similar comparison to this set, the Wera includes sockets and the rapid bit holder. I actually like that bit holder a lot and use it with my milwaukee m12 screwdriver and makita xps bits. Works pretty nice because the collar is free floating so i can hold it with my left hand near the screw while my right hand controls the speed. Usually with electric drills you can't hold it near the fastener so you get more wobble.
One advantage on the facom and icon is the ratchet head pivots which is nice in tight spaces and the ratchet converts into a t-bar for extra leverage.
Facom R1PICO is not sold in US so you need to import from Amazon global
Between the three if i had to pick one for usefulness i would get the Facom R1PICO
If i didn't need sockets i would get HF Icon.
The Wera is a nice set. Quality on Wera is not what I would expect from their price point
I had some bits that had faded print for the sizes and one bit had no printing at all. I would expect etched at this price point. Also they changed the case design. It used to have a locking latch on the bits and now is just held by friction.
The lack of sockets is annoying. I wish we could exchange some of the bits for sockets, but it's $10 for a socket set at HF. So may just have to separately hold sockets.

Personally i already have a 1/4 master socket set which handles everything but is a bit bulkier to carry. For these mini 1/4 sockets i use them for tight spots. For that purpose i found it ideal to pair with universal sockets that can be used at off angles. I can adjust the angle at the socket side on the fly and the angle at the ratchet side when I start (with the Facom and Icon) They work fine with the Wera also, but no angle adjustment at the ratchet side. The advantage of the Facom case is the holder is socket ready so i just swap in my most used sockets whether that be SAE or Metric, and can carry one case. Same with the Wera.
I'd say imperial is more common, but metric isn't uncommon, especially in assembling furniture or other stuff made for a global market. Metric abounds in Ikea and Wayfair products.
Life in the US is that you sort of need both. Many sizes can be served by both a metric size and an imperial, but you'll damage the hardware doing any serious torque. I had some movers recently destroy hardware on my bed, doing that.
