To people who can't spend the 8k. I normally pay my property taxes they charge 2% fee but this card gives back 1% so you pay 1% on 8k spent. Ie pay 80 dollars to get 1k bonus.
Also you can make estimated payments on your federal tax I believe it's 1.87% fee then reduce your withholdings to pay less to account for estimated payment. Otherwise get it back next year as refund etc..
Ever sell something on ebay? At a garage sale? Look, you have a business!

Ever have an IDEA for a business but haven't done anything with it yet? Look, you have a business!

Apply as a sole proprietorship, the business name is the same as your name, the EIN is your SSN.

You can do considerably better than 3 cents a point with most business and first class airline transfers (a booking to Japan earlier this year in business was about 7.4 cents a point for me for example though this is toward the high end)

Also I'd double check your "normally" results- 3 cents is high for typical Hyatt use, 2-2.5 is more typical.

Mind you- Hyatt is still worth doing compared to the portal or PYB or taking it as cash-- and even usually beats coach airfare values--- but typically is inferior to biz/first plane tickets via transfers.

How much are you spending that you're earning 3 million UR every year?
Unless you have a slick deal on a time machine, that's not a useful data point.

This is actually a much LOWER spend that it has been for most of the last couple years- normally it's been 15k for this card.

As long as it has been 24 months since receiving the promo points on my ink cash card? or it doesn't matter?
Doesn't matter -- I don't think there's any family rule for Ink cards (Sapphire cards have family rule)

That's BS as no one confirm that if the person you referred got approve through your referral. So what stops a person for collecting multiple cash offer from different people and apply thought someone's code?

Does anyone knows?

Yes. If you have an ink preferred card then you have Chase Ultimate Portal and can combine, transfer and redeem points without transferring them to your personal Saphire ultimate rewards

They don't care… my wife and I both have the Ink Unlimited and Ink Business Preferred. We've also referred each other for the additional bonus points. Short of doing manufactured spends, Chase doesn't care… they're gonna get their annual fee and they're getting 2-3% on your spend toward the bonus. They're making money… why scare off business by scrutinizing purchases that may or may not be businesses expenses.
How do you generate the referal link? I do not see referal link for chase business ink when I sign in to account and then if I google search it takes me to a page where. they ask to enter my last name, zip and last 4 digit of ssn and they they say I do not have any eligible card for referral.

Also me and my spouse both have a chase business ink unlimited from earlier. Can one of us still refer another one for ink preferred?

You can refer within household (use each other's link) -- you just can't refer yourself

Can I refer them even if they have another chase ink card. They have Chase ink Unlimited and they will use my referral to sign up for chase ink cash or preferred (still deciding). I am asking because they are already a customer of chase ink and have online account with them.

Doesn't matter since there's no family rule for Ink cards so you can have multiples -- Sapphire personal card has family rule so only one Sapphire bonus (CSP or CSR) every 48mo

don't keep doing this cos chase has a very tough risk review department whose only job is to shut down/close accounts and permanently ban you from chase cards for life. read the terms and conditions. once banned it is for life.
those approving you are not the risk review department.

What is weird is that I got the card finally but this card doesn't seem to show up in the CHase business portal to see transactions etc. I will call Chase to find out whats up.
