To people who can't spend the 8k. I normally pay my property taxes they charge 2% fee but this card gives back 1% so you pay 1% on 8k spent. Ie pay 80 dollars to get 1k bonus.
Also you can make estimated payments on your federal tax I believe it's 1.87% fee then reduce your withholdings to pay less to account for estimated payment. Otherwise get it back next year as refund etc..
Ever sell something on ebay? At a garage sale? Look, you have a business!

Ever have an IDEA for a business but haven't done anything with it yet? Look, you have a business!

Apply as a sole proprietorship, the business name is the same as your name, the EIN is your SSN.

You can do considerably better than 3 cents a point with most business and first class airline transfers (a booking to Japan earlier this year in business was about 7.4 cents a point for me for example though this is toward the high end)

Also I'd double check your "normally" results- 3 cents is high for typical Hyatt use, 2-2.5 is more typical.

Mind you- Hyatt is still worth doing compared to the portal or PYB or taking it as cash-- and even usually beats coach airfare values--- but typically is inferior to biz/first plane tickets via transfers.

How much are you spending that you're earning 3 million UR every year?
Unless you have a slick deal on a time machine, that's not a useful data point.

This is actually a much LOWER spend that it has been for most of the last couple years- normally it's been 15k for this card.

If I get this card will I be able to transfer the points and combine with my personal Sapphire card points or does the Business Account mean points are stored differently?

open a 2nd PayPal acct send a short term loan to yourself, get points, so 3% service fee of $240 is really 2% so its $160 actually and you get 8000 more points but first pay the 3% 240, 108,000 points pay back in full the 8000 wait for the points to redeem for cash if full credit to point val dollar x points
anything special make it a loan or you just sending money? can you use another app like venmo or something that doesn't have as high of fees?

You can combine them with your points from your personal Sapphire (Preferred or Reserve). You'll have to call to request it at first. But after that initial setup, you should be able to do it yourself online.

I had this car more than 2 years ago and got the 100k bonus. I have canceled the card. Can I reapply and get another 100k bonus points? I'm good for 5/24 Chase rules

Yes. Technically too you could have 2. Chase ink rules have loosened on how many you can have lately.

5 minutes. Although best practice is to wait at least 3 months since opening your last Chase cared.

Why would you, given you're getting, at minimum, $1080 taken as cash from the signup bonus and required spend?

And if you use the points for travel you're talking minimum $1350 from the points, to a maximum somewhere north of 7-8k (for certain high end flights)

Yes, you should be eligible for this card now. I believe that you can call Chase to expedite the card. You should be able to Google the number.

My promo is showing payout pending on my next statement. I hit the spend via state+local taxes & school tuition payments. Gave some back on transaction fees assigned on those payments but still huge win.
