Also you can make estimated payments on your federal tax I believe it's 1.87% fee then reduce your withholdings to pay less to account for estimated payment. Otherwise get it back next year as refund etc..
Ever have an IDEA for a business but haven't done anything with it yet? Look, you have a business!
Apply as a sole proprietorship, the business name is the same as your name, the EIN is your SSN.
You can do considerably better than 3 cents a point with most business and first class airline transfers (a booking to Japan earlier this year in business was about 7.4 cents a point for me for example though this is toward the high end)
Also I'd double check your "normally" results- 3 cents is high for typical Hyatt use, 2-2.5 is more typical.
Mind you- Hyatt is still worth doing compared to the portal or PYB or taking it as cash-- and even usually beats coach airfare values--- but typically is inferior to biz/first plane tickets via transfers.
How much are you spending that you're earning 3 million UR every year?
This is actually a much LOWER spend that it has been for most of the last couple years- normally it's been 15k for this card.

Is it possible to sign up for ANOTHER CIP? How long do I have to wait? I believe you can't cancel or downgrade it before a year, so would I have two CIP? I just want to use the CIP to get the SUB with each big purchase.
Also, just to make sure I don't misunderstand, but only CIP has a SUB that goes to Chase Ultimate Rewards, right?
Thank you for any help!
There are plenty of other Chase credit cards that earn Chase UR points, such as:
- Ink Cash
- Ink Unlimited
- Sapphire Reserve
- Sapphire Preferred
- Freedom Flex
- Freedom Unlimited

How much time does it take to get the 100k points once you met the spend eligibility?
On chase app or web, there is a counter showing your spend progress to getting the bonus
How long do you wait to close a card and churn it again?

There are so many cards out there, I've never really completed all - think I'm up to hitting about 29-30 after 12 years. Credit score in 810-830 range. Chase UR points have been the best value. Primary spend was reselling stuff I found on slickdeals for the first 6-7 years for 10-15% profit.
If I were traveling to Japan, I'd hit up the Citi AA offers depending on your spend (probably start with 50k offer). Like AAdvantage Plat + Mileup will get you I think 1-way flight to Japan for $3k spend. Would use Chase UR points from Ink ($8k spend) for hotel stays. Then you could grab some Amex cards for return flight or hit Barclays up for the Red Aviator card and get the 60k points (nearly worth return flight) for $1 spend ($99 annual fee). So for like $11k spend you get flights to and from Tokyo and 9 nights at Tokyo Hyatt Regency (108k points UR -> 108k Hyatt Points) or 6 nights in Shibuya or Yokohama.
If you've never had an Ink card before it can be a bit difficult to get accepted - have referred a few people with legitimate businesses that got denied even after submitting additional paperwork. And $8k spend can be difficult to hit for some. Whenever I'm short $1k or so, I'll typically just buy $1k in Amazon gift cards and apply to account for forward spending.
Also, if you already have multiple Chase cards, it's good to request a decrease in available credit to your highest available credit cards if they aren't going to be used much so that you aren't rejected for already having maximum credit allowable via other accounts.
