This is not comparable to the 600B which has upward firing speakers for Dolby Atmos. The Q67 which is a Costco exclusive doesn't have the upward firing speakers. I know this as I have both. Still a good price for a set that contains rear speakers.

Bought this soundbar from Costco last wk for $150. Looked like a good deal, til I tried setting it up. 4 hrs later(!) and 2 calls to samsung they admitted its broken. Back it went. My old, working, Vizio was an easier setup.

I'm just north of Denver and I needed a second soundbar for the basement. Saw this thread which is marked as a dead deal, but checked it out anyway and got lucky. Inventory check showed 1 available just south of me in Thornton (way closer to my home), and several in stock at Westminster (They are apparently still $149 BTW.)

Employees at the Thornton store were super helpful and polite to me, the last one in stock was the floor model and the manager let me buy it for $75 (no remote.) Just ordered a remote from Amazon for 7 bucks so that's fair.

Sound quality is decidedly NOT as good as my LG S65Q we use upstairs, but that was $160 on sale around Prime Day, and of course I can't get another one right now for that price, the LG is more like $300 now. If I had dropped $150 on this Samsung I'd be less enthused, but for $75 I think I got a solid deal. Also I know that with the remote I'll be able to tweak some of the sound options to get it optimized. Worst case scenario is that I can sell it to someone later if the LG goes on sale again soon. (One more thought: I don't think the LG S65Q sale price even blipped on the Slickdeals radar a few weeks ago, and that was a GREAT deal.)

I wired all speakers according to SS's very sparse directions. That's easy (I set up my old vizio 5.1 in under 15 minutes). The issue was the rear speakers and bass cube would not sync/attach to the main soundbar. Checked all wiring several times, check. Blue link lights solid to show it is attached to the main bar, check. Still no sound from rear and bass cube. Called SS and they admitted it was malfunctioning. UPS it to them, they said. Forget it, I said. Back it went to Costco. After reading reviews I'm glad I did because of the mediocre sound quality and "virtual" ATMOS speaker configuration (no actual upward firing speakers). Yeah it was cheap, but the regular price was $300+ and I expected more.

Just got this unit set up. Works fine out of the box. Works well in tandem w/ my Samsung tv. I'm just coming from a 3.1 only-soundbar and subwoofer setup from 4-5 years ago; so having the surround option is much nicer.

Got this and installed it a couple of days ago. Sounds awesome. I am running through all the blockbuster with 5.1 surround sound again. LOR, Kill Bill, Batman movies, Bond movies etc. The difference from my Yamaha sound bar is like night and day. My rear speakers and Sub woofer works great. My Roku JVC TV supports only Arc (not eARC) but still sounds great.

If I could only get youtube app in my Roku TV in 5.1 that would be awesome!
