Same just happened to me if I do pick up in store or ship to store is extra $16.
Are these tables similar to lifetime brand? The quality ok?

Pretty much the same as the lifetime tables.
I have been using them as flea market tables for tools so they hold some weight.
Not sure what mines have to do with a table, but thanks for warning us not to come anywhere near you, or whatever you're doing with those... 😳
Cheaper brands might be a few pounds lighter on either size.
Most Lifetime models have a number of features you will not find on any other table. They hold much more weight. No wobble. Adjustable height legs. Quick release features. Generally do not fold in the center to keep the weight limit much higher. Thicker blow mold plastics. Lifetime are high end tables. I own 4 six footers. Use them all the time.
These Tractor Supply versions are basic units for simple display items or family gatherings. They fold in the middle. Seen them in my TSC and they appear stable. But never owned one to test liquids in cups with the table being bumped by someone's hips. Shakey test. If basic use is your purpose, this is a great deal if they have them at your store.
