Yup, says it right on the main offer page
Still seems worse than the previous offer of 175k points and no $100 credit
Generalizing broadly, this would get you -very roughly- $750 in IHG hotel stays....
But you could do significantly better, or worse, than that depending on
:
Specific hotels involved
Specific dates involved
If you can leverage the 4th night free benefit once or more with the points.
So for example if you found a very-cheapest-possible 10k/nt room you could get maybe as much as 16-20 nights leveraging 4th night free over and over.
A more realistic non-fancy booking in the 25-35k a night range and you'd MAYBE get to use 4th night once or twice there, so 7-8 free nights.
Move up to a bit fancier in the 40-50k/nt range and you're talking 4 nights using 4th night free once.
Or stay at a crazy lux place for 1-2 nights total.
Effectively negates annual fee for first year assuming you use it (and you can use it to pay for the hotel room, though might be less than great if you were trying to leverage a 4-night point booking or something)
Still seems worse than the previous offer of 175k points and no $100 credit
When was the 175k points promo? How long back? Need to apply for a card offering kickback points/rewards. . Have to pay property tax & insurance bill. Will payoff balance right after using the card.
At a glance 175k offer ended April 6th
A good reference for best offers at any given current time is:

Occasionally it has something listed that has expired and they haven't removed yet but on the whole it's the most current list I know of and updates fairly often.
Alternatively you might have a friend who has some offers available via referrals that sometimes are better than public ones (and sometimes worse)
