https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QdtKFg if you built this pc yourself it would cost roughly $634 without windows. Not too shabby considering other prebuilts around this price...

The Lenovo has 32 GB of RAM which could be helpful if you don't want to worry about upgrading it. They have the same amount of VRAM on the graphics card, in addition to being the same GPU, so they will be able to play the same games with similar performance. The Lenovo build also has an Intel Core i7 in it, which has more cores than the Intel Core i5. That would be particularly useful for large games, generative AI projects, virtual machines, and other intensive computational tasks.

I saw this but assumed the i7 processor was much better for gaming. Are these ryzen 7 deals comparable or better?

The GPU is going to make more difference in gaming. The Ti is better than the plain 3060.

I think you'd do better with Ryzen 7 and 3060 TI's vs the Intel i7 with 3060.

This is very tempting, if it were a 5600 and a 6700xt I'd give up attempting a new build, sell my Corsair RGB case and be happy with this

There's nothing wrong with 5500 and 6700 but 5600 and 6700XT is much better for this price range.

By "low profile" you are talking about the lack of RGB lighting and clear side panel? Or do we have different interpretations of what a low-profile PC is? The XPS 8960 came with a full-height GPU 6700xt, right?

It is a 'full' case but in physical height it's like maybe 5/8 as tall as the cyberpower PC really doesn't have a lot of room for things like Optical drives if you want them in fact I asked and it wasn't even an option.
